The role combines hands-on QA with strong people leadership in a remote-first environment. You will translate QA trends into practical recommendations and partner with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, and Compliance to strengthen quality
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in mortgage/consumer lending and manufactured housing lending.
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes, policies, and investor requirements.
- Proven ability to lead a QA team and translate data into improvements.
Responsabilités
- Lead pre‑close and post‑close QA reviews across the loan lifecycle.
- Coach and develop QA analysts, manage performance and capacity.
- Maintain policy-based findings and escalations with cross‑functional partners.
- Translate QA data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Balance throughput with quality to support origination controls.
- Drive process improvements to reduce repeats and improve outcomes.
