Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead and grow a team of QA professionals. You will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and work with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing (about 70%) with people leadership (about 30%), and involves evaluating QA tools and processes to continuously improve automation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS/Azure; GCP experience preferred.
• Data privacy and HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers; provide clear direction and foster collaboration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and automated testing.
• Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs; hands-on role (~70%) with leadership (~30%).
• Evaluate tools and processes; drive continuous improvements to automation strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
