Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and develop scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
• ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps on AWS or Azure.
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare industry familiarity.
• Strong project/resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA testers, set expectations, and foster collaboration.
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high quality through test planning, validation, and automation.
• Support multiple Scrum teams/PODs.
• Hands-on role (~70%), with light people leadership (~30%).
• Improve automation strategy and tools, drive continuous improvements.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD with DevOps.
• Supervise staff and manage staffing capacity.
• Interview and hire staff, conduct orientation.
• Represent QA team in leadership meetings.
