Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of testers and drive automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will design scalable automation frameworks, ensure quality through thorough test planning, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps collaboration.

The role is hands-on (~70%) with leadership duties (~30%), requires 6+ years of experience, and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and cloud testing (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., required.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in any primary public cloud provider: AWS, or Azure, or GCP. Experience in AWS preferred.
• Demonstrated application of data privacy practices and laws required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and resources required.
• Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance testers.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure software products meet high-quality standards through planning and robust automated testing.
• Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs.
• Hands-on role with ~70% individual contributor work.
• Light people leadership ~30%.
• Evaluate QA tools and processes; drive continuous improvements to automation strategy.
• Establish and enforce team standards for scalable automation frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Supervise staff and coordinate staffing levels.
