Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor of Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA professionals and advance automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API testing. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing in CI/CD pipelines and ensure scalable, high-quality software products.

Qualifications

6+ years of QA experience with automation focus.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience testing cloud-native apps (AWS, Azure, GCP).
HIPAA knowledge or healthcare domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, setting performance expectations.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
Ensure high-quality software through test planning and robust automated testing.
