Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to guide a team of QA testers and drive the testing strategy across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will design scalable automation frameworks, ensure robust test coverage, and collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role blends hands-on testing leadership with people management, offering opportunities to mentor staff, establish standards, and advance Navitus' quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resources
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Healthcare HIPAA knowledge preferred
• Strong collaboration and leadership in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers; set performance expectations
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing
• Ensure high-quality software through test planning, functionality testing, and robust automation
• Coordinate with Scrum teams and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on role ~70% with leadership ~30% and staff supervision
• Drive continuous improvements to automation strategy and execution
