Navitus is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA professionals and drive automation across web, mobile, and API testing. You will guide framework development, ensure high-quality releases, and collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed testing in CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities and ongoing tooling improvements, across multiple Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or related experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA/testing experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience testing cloud-native apps on AWS or Azure; AWS preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and HIPAA is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers; set performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure product quality through thorough test planning and automated testing.
• Support multiple Scrum teams/PODs and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on role (approx. 70%) with light people leadership (approx. 30%).
• Evaluate QA tools and improve automation strategy and execution.
• Establish team standards and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Coordinate staffing, capacity planning, and staffing expansion as needed.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new staff.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings and drive process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
