Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and drive scalable automation across web, mobile, and API testing. You will partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and raise quality standards.

The role is hands-on (70%) with people leadership (30%), requiring strong Agile expertise, tool familiarity, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating staffing and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation preferred.
• 6+ years of QA experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps in AWS or Azure; AWS preferred.
• Data privacy practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Strong project/resource management; staff interviews and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
• Support multiple Scrum teams/POs and balance hands-on work with leadership.
• Evaluate QA tools and processes; drive continuous automation improvements.
• Establish team standards and CI/CD integration with engineering and DevOps.
