Job summary

Navitus in Austin, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of testers and to design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.

The role is hands-on about 70% with leadership 30%, and requires experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and cloud testing on AWS or Azure. You will partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA/automation experience.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) required.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps on AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of data privacy and HIPAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure software products meet quality standards via test planning and automated testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Plan staffing and influence capacity planning; conduct interviews.
