Navitus is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and advance our automation frameworks. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing in CI/CD pipelines and scale testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing with leadership responsibilities, requiring 6+ years in QA/automation, strong Agile experience, and familiarity with cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT or related field.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA/automation experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience testing cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and HIPAA considerations.
• Experience managing projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
• Support multiple Scrum teams and foster continuous improvement of automation strategy.
• Hands-on role (~70%) with light people leadership (~30%).
• Coordinate staffing, interviews, and onboarding; supervise staff per policy.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with engineering and DevOps teams.
• Establish and enforce standards for scalable automation frameworks.
