Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
6+ years of experience in QA and automation.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience testing cloud-native apps in AWS/Azure; GCP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers; set performance expectations and foster collaboration.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
Support multiple Scrum teams/PODs; hands-on role ~70% and people leadership ~30%.
Evaluate QA tools and processes; drive continuous automation improvements.
Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
