Navitus is seeking a Supervisor of Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA engineers and advance automation across web, mobile, and API testing. You will design scalable frameworks, drive automation strategy, and partner with engineering and DevOps to embed testing into CI/CD.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in QA, strong leadership, and experience with cloud testing on AWS/Azure, Jira, and Azure DevOps. This role is based in Topeka, KS and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience with automation
• Experience leading QA teams and projects
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud testing

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers and set performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through test planning, functional testing, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Balance hands-on testing (70%) with people leadership (30%).
• Evaluate and improve QA tools and processes to drive automation strategy.
