Job summary

Longroad Energy in Boston seeks a Senior Manager, PW&A Compliance to lead compliance with Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act. You’ll partner with Tax, Legal, Development, Construction, and Operations to design, implement, and monitor processes across development, construction, and operations.

You will identify risk, review project agreements, supervise third‑party reviews, and ensure reporting, tax returns and documentation are audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business, or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant experience in tax, audit, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex compliance programs and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into practical processes and controls.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams.
• Experience managing external consultants, contractors, or third-party providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions and levels.
• High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Longroad’s PWA compliance program across wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
• Develop and improve PWA processes, controls, and documentation standards.
• Identify and monitor PWA risks and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on projects and processes.
• Serve as internal resource on PWA requirements and provide guidance.
