Job summary

Longroad Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, PW&A Compliance to lead the company’s Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance program across wind, solar, and energy storage projects. You will partner with Tax, Legal, Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to implement robust controls, monitoring, and documentation to protect tax-credit eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, audit, compliance, transaction advisory, renewable energy, construction, or related field.
• Experience managing complex compliance programs and cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to translate requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PWA compliance program across wind, solar, and storage projects.
• Oversee governance, documentation, and remediation of PWA compliance risks.
• Coordinate with Tax, Legal, Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, Procurement and others to manage PWA workstreams.
• Ensure timely PWA reporting and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage external consultants and third-party reviewers for PWA compliance.
