Job summary

Samsung C&T Renewables America seeks an IRA / PWA Compliance Manager in Houston to oversee and enforce compliance with federal tax incentive requirements, focusing on Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship rules, as part of IPP projects.

The role collaborates across engineering, EPC partners, and legal, reviews contracts for PWA language, audits CPRs in LCPtracker, coordinates with the owner's audit consultant, and maintains meticulous records for IRS filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in labor compliance, construction project controls, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record interacting with external auditors or compliance consultants.
• Experience with large-scale energy projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review EPC contracts and subcontractor agreements to ensure PWA language is included.
• Mandate, manage, and audit monthly certified payroll reports (CPRs) in LCPtracker.
• Serve as primary corporate liaison for the owner's third-party audit consultant and coordinate data transfers.
• Coordinate Apprenticeship Programs to meet labor-hour ratios and log Good Faith Efforts in LCPtracker.
• Maintain audit-ready records and reconcile reports for IRS filings.
• Utilize LCPtracker hands-on to manage, review, and approve CPRs on large projects.
