Euclid is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support Tax Credit Compliance (TCC) and act as Engagement Lead for Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship engagements. You will manage timelines, coordinate diligence, and build audit-ready documentation while keeping complex multi-stakeholder projects moving.

This role suits mid-career professionals with deep IRA PWA tax credit compliance expertise, strong analytics, and a passion for process and detail.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, consulting, or related field.
• Deep expertise in PWA compliance at federal and state levels and leading engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with cost models, supplier data, and legal/technical docs.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail to keep projects on track.
• Clear communicator who aligns stakeholders and synthesizes complex info.
• Self-starter who takes initiative in a small, high-output team.
• Experience at Big 4, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance shop.
• Exposure to AI/data tools in diligence or document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines, trackers, and client-facing status updates.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to keep deliverables on track.
• Lead client engagements end-to-end, managing relationship, timeline and deliverables.
• Provide oversight and QA/QC of PWA compliance data to minimize risk.
• Compile and maintain audit-ready documentation packages.
• Support framework and tooling development for onboarding and workflows.
• Assist with proposals, data room prep, and client onboarding materials.
