Job summary

Longroad Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, PW&A Compliance to lead compliance for Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship requirements across renewable projects in North America. You will partner with Tax, Legal, Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to implement, monitor, and improve PWA processes and controls, ensuring audit-ready documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or business or related experience.
• Minimum five years in tax, audit, compliance, or related field.
• Experience managing complex compliance programs and cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing external consultants and third-party providers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee PWA compliance program across wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
• Develop and improve PWA compliance processes, controls, and documentation.
• Identify and monitor PWA risks; coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on projects.
• Manage third-party reviews and ensure timely deliverables.
