Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Rep to support the planning, directing and coordination of selling, marketing and promotion of PV products to physicians and hospital staff in Milwaukee. After training, you will tailor messages to customers and conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.

The role includes frequent education of medical staff, assisting in trade shows, and maintaining product samples. Travel up to 20% annually and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in outside sales (medical-related fields preferable).
• B.A. or B.S. degree required.
• Field sales training—in field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promotion and sales of PV products.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff on product use, maintenance and updates.
• Tailor Stryker PV's promotional message based on customer knowledge; advise on product selection.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Resolve product problems for customers promptly.
• Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
• Adhere to OR and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations; follow GMP policies.
