Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Associate Sales Rep to support physicians and hospital staff in promoting Peripheral Vascular products. You will assist with product training, tailor promotional messages, and guide product selections while coordinating evaluations in OR and office settings.

The role requires 0–2 years in outside sales, a BA/BS degree, and completion of in-house product training. Occasional travel and collaboration with the Sales team are expected.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred).
• BA or BS degree required.
• Field sales training—In field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promotion and sales of PV products.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, functionality, updates and programs.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on product selection.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist in trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
