Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Rep to support physician and hospital staff in planning, directing, and coordinating promotions of Peripheral Vascular products. After training, you will tailor messages, advise on product selection and answer clinical questions.

You will assist with OR/office product evaluations, trade shows, and field activities while maintaining sample inventories and adhering to GMP/OSHA guidelines. Expect up to 20% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred).
• B.A. or B.S. degree required.
• Field sales training—in field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion and sales of VTE products.
• Educate doctors, nurses and appropriate staff on product use and maintenance, functionality and updates.
• Tailor Stryker PV’s promotional messages after training and advise on product selection.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Solve product problems for customers promptly.
• Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
