Job summary

Stryker seeks an Associate Sales Rep to support PV product sales to physicians and hospital staff in the Fresno area. After training, you will tailor messages, aid in product selection and help run product evaluations in OR and office settings.

You will assist in events, keep the regional manager updated, and help resolve customer questions while maintaining inventory and adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in outside sales (medical-related fields preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Field sales training — in-field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promotion and sales of VTE products.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and updates of PV products.
• Tailor promotional messages after training; advise on product selection.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist in trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Resolve product problems for customers promptly.
• Manage and maintain sample inventory.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and GMP policies during evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
