Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Rep to support PV product promotions to physicians and hospital staff. You will assist Sales Representatives in planning and executing sales activities, educate clinicians on product use, and tailor promotional messaging after training.

The role involves directing product evaluations in OR and office settings, supporting trade shows, and maintaining sample inventory while adhering to GMP and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields is preferable).
• BA or B.S. degree required.
• Field sales training--In field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion and sales of VTE products.
• Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to proper use and maintenance of Stryker PV products, product functionality and updates.
• Tailor Stryker PV’s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer and advise on product selection.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
• Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
• Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
• Adhere to OR and OSHA guidelines during evaluations; adhere to GMP policies and FDA procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
