Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Miami, FL area in Peripheral Vascular. You will support field sales efforts, educate clinicians on PV products, and assist with product demonstrations and trade shows.

The role requires travel and in-field customer engagement to optimize product adoption and territory performance. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Explain product portfolio changes and educational programs.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in marketing and sales of PV products.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist in planning and operations of trade shows or clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed on territory progress.
• Resolve customer problems promptly and maintain product samples.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA guidelines and OSHA where applicable.
