SOLV Energy is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to lead planning, testing, and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects. You will coordinate with the Commissioning Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable asset startup across sites.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at job sites, with occasional remote coordination, travel to projects, and the ability to manage schedules, tests, safety programs, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the project commissioning team, providing guidance and training.
• Report daily on project status to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA teams.
• Prepare commissioning reports and track issues and corrective actions.
• Manage pre-commissioning, cold, warm, and hot tests for BESS, HV, PV.
