• Validate deliveries, ensure accurate weights, quantities, and proper storage.
• Maintain par levels and rotate stock to ensure quality and freshness.
• Coordinate with chefs and outlets to meet requisitions and F&B needs.
• Process supplier invoices and manage cost tracking and reporting.
