The Country Club is seeking a Lead Storeroom Attendant to oversee daily storeroom organization, receiving, and inventory movement across dry storage, walk-ins, and related areas. You will ensure product integrity, accurate records, and adherence to FIFO and food safety standards while supporting the Culinary Purchasing Manager.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in storeroom or purchasing support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in receiving, storeroom, inventory, purchasing support, or related food and beverage environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with clean, accurate storage areas.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication with limited supervision.
• Basic understanding of food safety, receiving standards, temperature control, and sanitation.
• MS Outlook/Teams experience; basic Excel for inventory tracking.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily storeroom organization, cleanliness, product rotation, and accessibility across storage areas.
• Receive deliveries, check in accurately and efficiently against POs and packing slips.
• Verify products by quantity, weight, quality, temperature, brand, and specs.
• Communicate shortages, damages, temperature issues, and substitutions to leadership.
• Label, date, store, and rotate products using FIFO with food safety practices.
• Support cycle counts, inventories, par-level checks, and inventory movement between outlets.
• Maintain receiving records and logs per Club procedures.
• Use Outlook, Excel, Word, and shared files to communicate updates and track inventory.
• Provide informal leadership to receivers and storeroom helpers.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvements.
• Maintain professional interactions with vendors and culinary teams.
