North Hill in Needham, MA, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily operations across the campus. The role involves stocking, delivering requests, and maintaining a clean, organized stock room under supervision of the manager.

The position emphasizes safety, compliance with FIFO/LIFO, and collaboration with residents and staff to ensure supplies are readily available, meeting the needs of a thriving senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of basic trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock room in orderly fashion under supervision.
• Breakdown and stocking of deliveries.
• Fill and deliver stock requests to departments across campus.
• Maintain cleanliness of stock rooms across campus, including floors and trash removal.
• Assist with inventory counts during the year.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
• Comply with safety/environmental procedures and FIFO/LIFO guidelines.
