Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of inventory management concepts and systems.
• Two years of supervisory experience or six years in a similar role.
• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and production procedures.
• Basic Excel and Word skills to update spreadsheets.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stay organized.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of storeroom, coolers, and freezer in main kitchen.
• Place daily orders with approved suppliers within budget.
• Validate deliveries, ensure proper storage and FIFO rotation.
• Manage cost sheets and weekly purchasing tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering for service orders and invoices.
• Conduct monthly inventory and update master inventory sheets.
• Ensure HACCP compliance for storage and handling.
• Perform other duties assigned by Executive Chef.
