Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in receiving, storeroom, inventory, purchasing support, culinary operations, or a related food and beverage environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clean, accurate, and accessible storage areas.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow through on daily priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily storeroom organization, cleanliness, product rotation, and accessibility across storage areas.
• Receive deliveries according to established schedules and check in accurately.
• Verify products against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips for quantity, weight, quality, temperature, brand, and specs.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or delivery concerns to Culinary Purchasing Manager and leadership.
