Job summary

Service Now Heating & Air Conditioning in Wooster, OH is seeking a dedicated Purchaser - Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time role. The position offers a take-home vehicle and company cell phone, with standard hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

You will collect parts and equipment, replenish technicians' trucks, and coordinate purchases with dispatch while maintaining warehouse inventory and processing warranty credits. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect parts and equipment and deliver them to job sites or back to the warehouse as necessary.
• Replenish technicians' and installers' trucks with needed parts to support field operations.
• Maintain inventory levels in the warehouse in cooperation with supply houses; process warranty parts and labor credits.
• Ensure proper purchase orders and departmental coordination when requested by dispatch or due to incomplete calls.
