Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist with ordering HVAC equipment, parts, materials, and supplies.
Enter and track purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
Request pricing and availability from vendors.
Follow up on backorders, shortages, and delayed shipments.
Help maintain vendor information and purchasing records.
Work with technicians and Operations to ensure materials are available for upcoming jobs.
Learn HVAC equipment, parts, brands, and purchasing processes.
Receive and inspect incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
Organize, label, and stock parts and equipment.
Assist with inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
Locate and pull parts and equipment for technicians and jobs.
