Job summary

Wright Heating & Cooling in Northeast Ohio is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to help streamline daily operations between customers, technicians, and our service team. This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and who enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll schedule dispatch, communicate appointment updates, prioritize calls, and assist with invoices and service records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or office administration.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and arrival windows.
• Prioritize service calls and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day.
• Manage follow-ups, return visits, and outstanding service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
• Assist with invoices, warranties, and service-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and field team.
