Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered).
• Previous experience working in or directly supporting pulp mill operations (required).
• Strong knowledge of pulp processing and mill operations (required).
• Experience supporting recovery, power systems, or boiler water chemistry (preferred, not required).
• Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on technical support in a pulp mill environment.
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based role.
