Job summary

Solenis LLC is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, with extensive facilities and a global team. The role focuses on supporting account operations, developing chemical programs, and collaborating with sales to ensure safe, economical use of chemicals and equipment.

Key duties include regular updates to stakeholders, on-site testing, data-driven program evaluation, and driving continuous improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred).
• Industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred).
• Documented results making process improvements, solving complex and non-routine technical problems.
• Project management experience.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Good communication skills both written and oral with multiple organizational levels.
• Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them.
• Ability to work with autonomy.
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with sales management to keep stakeholders informed on account activity.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Perform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Proactively address customer issues, collaborating with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement decisions.
• Partner with plant/process owners to lead and implement ongoing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
