Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative and clinical duties to support smooth operations under supervision.
• Schedule, check-in, and check-out patients; greet and assist, manage appointment records.
• Handle patient billing forms and scan documents to electronic medical records; obtain records as needed.
• Answer phones, route inquiries, and support scheduling changes; act as Super User for scheduling, registration and billing systems.
