Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.

• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up transportation for members using Public Transit (PT).
• Promote PT Dispatch and Call Center staff to maximize the programs.
• Monitor, measure, and report PT usage to management.
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Provide information regarding PT routes to members.
• Provide members with product and service information.
• Generate forms for tracking PT distribution to facilities and renewal of PT media fare inventory.
• Recommend process improvements and perform other duties as required.
