Job summary

Verida Inc. is seeking a Transportation Relations Education & Training Manager in DC to lead all education, training, and outreach initiatives for transportation providers and beneficiaries. The role develops, coordinates, and evaluates program awareness and training materials with fiduciary responsibility for provider networks and program oversight.

LOCATION: On-site in District of Columbia. The candidate will create and deliver training, ensure CMS/Medicaid compliance, and supervise education

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory/management experience, as well as vendor/contract management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and Medicaid programs.
• Experience designing and delivering culturally competent training programs for diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development methodologies, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs for transportation providers and members.
• Conduct new provider orientation and onboarding training.
• Educate providers on federal, state, contractual and company requirements.
• Train providers on NEMT regulations, member transportation procedures, HIPAA and confidentiality, safety and risk management, and billing documentation.
• Create training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning).
• Assess provider competency and training effectiveness.
