• E8 Level- Two years of experience equivalent to a Department State Aide, including one year equivalent to a Department State Aide 7.

Responsibilities

• Review requests and check eligibility for Michigan residents.
• Process transactions and answer questions related to services.
• Help customers understand different services and online options.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in completing tasks to serve the community.
