Job summary

Scale AI is leading the AI revolution, delivering enterprise-grade generative AI for national security missions. We seek a Technical Program Manager to coordinate agentic workflows for a national security customer and drive reliability across Scale’s Public Sector offerings.

You will own customer plans, triage issues, and use analytics to marshal internal resources toward defined outcomes, partnering with engineering and operations teams to deliver government-focused AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or a customer-facing role.
• Background in computer science, statistics, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of generative AI/ML concepts (RAG, evals, agent orchestration).
• Analytical, structured approach to problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer.
• Own or support a customer account plan and triage technical issues.
• Leverage data and analytics to align internal resources around complex problems.
• Drive workflows that improve reliability of Scale’s Public Sector solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and public sector teams on AI systems for government use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet the customer’s AI/ML objectives.
• Identify risks and ensure long-term health of the customer relationship.
• Develop repeatable processes to scale customer success for future projects.
• Address engineering problems alongside product development teams.
