Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead agentic workflows for a national security customer in the Greater Boston area. The TPM will manage customer accounts, triage issues, and deploy analytics-driven solutions across AI/ML domains.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and experience with generative AI. Travel about 25% and a cleared facility presence are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Technical educational background in CS/Statistics/Engineering.
• Strong understanding of generative AI/ML fundamentals (RAG, evals, agent orchestration).
• Track record of analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area >=3 days/week and travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer.
• Own or support an account plan and triage technical issues.
• Align internal resources using data and analytics to solve high-impact problems.
• Transition AI/ML technologies into working public sector products.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to deliver tailored AI systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet AI/ML objectives and customer success.
• Identify and mitigate risks and make customer success repeatable.
