Job summary

Scale AI seeks a technically fluent TPM to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer in the Boston area. You will own or support a customer account plan, triage issues, and align internal resources to deliver reliable AI/ML solutions for public sector needs.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, strong stakeholder skills, and a background in CS/engineering. You will work on-site in the greater Boston area with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing role.
• Technical background in CS, statistics or engineering.
• Strong understanding of generative AI/ML fundamentals (RAG, evals, agent orchestration).
• Track record of analytics-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Boston area 3+ days/week and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer.
• Triage customer technical issues and align internal resources using data.
• Partner with engineering, operations and public sector teams to deliver AI systems.
• Drive customer success and long-term health of the customer base.
• Identify scalable improvements to make customer success repeatable.
