Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance
3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles
Technical background in CS, statistics, or engineering
Strong understanding of generative AI/ML concepts (RAG, evals, agent orchestration)
Analytics-driven problem solving and data-driven decision making
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willing to travel 25%+ and work at a cleared facility near Boston

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer
Own or support a customer account plan and triage technical issues
Use data and analytics to align internal resources around Scale’s hardest problems
Transition AI/ML technologies into working Public Sector products
Partner with engineering and operations to build AI systems for government use cases
Lead cross-functional teams to exceed customer AI/ML objectives
Identify and preempt areas of risk or concern in the customer base
Identify repeatable customer success patterns and solve future issues
Address engineering problems alongside product development teams
