New Relic in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Success Manager for the Public Sector to own post-sales relationships and drive technical success for customers. You will partner with Sales to grow the account, demonstrate product value through live demos, and guide customers through adoption and integration across their infrastructure.

This role emphasizes a strong technical foundation, public sector experience, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of demonstrated pre- or post-sales experience within software or for a Public Sector org (Govt agency, municipal, etc.).
• Interest in performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, app, web or mobile).
• Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation.
• Desire to learn new technologies and keep project docs up to date.

Aufgaben

• Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success at your customer base.
• Document adoption and success.
• Lead all aspects of adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic’s products.
• Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upsell and renewals.
• Voice support for new product features and provide customer feedback to product management and engineering.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical environment.
• Lead product demonstrations for diverse audiences and drive platform adoption.
• Some travel as this is a field-based role.
