Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects. You will design, configure, and develop custom forms, templates, and workflows, and produce clean code aligned with specifications.

You will gather customer use cases, create documentation, and assist with project reports while navigating Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid SDLC approaches. Hybrid work with travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand service delivery systems for state-administered programs.
• Ability to understand complex federal regulations and requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, data analytics (Access, SQL, SPSS).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on defined specifications.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low code platforms and configuration methodology.
• Develop project reports: Schedule, Quality Plan, Testing, Conversion.
• Support planning discussions with client and stakeholders to manage risks and budget.
• Understand various SDLC methodologies and how they are used.
