Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to support System Integration projects. You will design, configure, and develop forms, templates, and workflows, and produce clean code while integrating components and assisting with risk management and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office/data analytics skills, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ experience required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software.
• Document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low code platforms and configuration methodology.
• Contribute to project reports (Schedule, QMP, Testing, Conversion).
• Support planning discussions to address risks and budget constraints.
• Understand SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
