Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects in a hybrid environment with some travel. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in SDLC, and the ability to design and configure forms, workflows, and templates to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications, especially data analytics (ACCESS, SQL, SPSS).
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Waterfall processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low code platforms and configuration methodologies.
• Support project reporting (Schedule, Quality Plan, Testing Plan, Conversion Plan).
• Assist in planning with client stakeholders to address risks and keep project on schedule and budget.
• Understand various SDLC methodologies and how they are used.

Skills

Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ exp

5+ years of relevant work exp

Strong MS Office skills

Excellent written & verbal comms
