Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a dynamic Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects in a hybrid environment. You will design, configure, and develop forms, templates, and workflows while producing clean code from defined specs and integrating third‑party components.

Travel to client sites may be required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office, data analytics, SQL, and familiarity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant work experience in public sector tech initiatives.
Ability to navigate service delivery systems for programs administered by states and regulated by federal authorities.
Strong MS Office skills; data analytics capabilities including SQL and SPSS are a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing forms, templates, and workflows.
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Troubleshoot and upgrade existing software; gather and document customer use cases.
Understand SDLC methodologies and Agile/Waterfall or Hybrid approaches.
