Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions and diverse SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on functional specs.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Support planning and strategy discussions with clients and stakeholders.
