Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects. This hybrid role involves travel and onsite engagements with public sector clients.

The candidate will design, configure, and develop forms/workflows, troubleshoot software, and document processes while applying Agile/Waterfall methodologies and cloud tools in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ experience required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on defined specifications.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
