Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience required; Master’s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid Agile approaches.
Experience with integrated solutions to modernize legacy systems and mainframe tech.

Responsibilities

Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
Produce clean, efficient code based on functional specs.
Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business processes.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Support planning and strategy discussions to address risks and issues.
